NOTICE:
 If the PnP ID of the sound card has been incorrectly 
 altered by the motherboard during initialisation, 
 run the program "EEPROM.BAT" (in the \EEPROM subdirectory)
 to restore the PnP ID to its original setting.
 Do not run this program if there is no PnP ID allocation
 problem as this may re-allocate the resources of IRQ, I/O address
 & DMA when booting Windows 95.
